Tripoli: The Ghanaian Ambassador to Libya, Mark Antzi, expressed his readiness to open a consulate for his country in Benghazi. This came during his meeting with the Director of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the government appointed by the House of Representatives, Sami Bourjaa, yesterday at the Ministry's office in Benghazi, and they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and open prospects for joint cooperation in different areas between the two friendly countries.
