Google in partnership with WhatsApp managed to fix an Android bug that sent erroneous privacy indicators and notifications to users.
According to WABetaInfo, the latest WhatsApp version to solve the issue is now available on Google Play.
This came after many concerns about privacy violations after monitoring the activation of the microphone through the privacy dashboard.
