Harris: Proud of Democrats’ nomination to run for US Presidential election

WASHINGTON, US Vice President Kamala Harris announced she has received the required number of votes to become the Democratic Party nominee for the US presidential elections. In a statement on Tuesday, Harris said that she's "proud to have secured the broad support needed to become our party's nominee." "When I announced my campaign for President, I said I intended to go out and earn this nomination," she said. "I look forward to formally accepting the nomination soon," Harris added.
