IBRAHIM HOLDS TALKS WITH MEXICAN AMBASSADOR OVER ESCALATING SOUTHERN LEBANON TENSIONS

Major General, Abbas Ibrahim, on Thursday welcomed Mexican Ambassador to Lebanon, Roberto Hernandez, at his office in Beirut today. The pair discussed the latest regional and international developments. "The meeting also addressed the current situation, particularly concerning the escalation in military tensions in southern Lebanon due to the Israeli enemy's persistent violations of Lebanese sovereignty and UN Resolution 1701.
