Abu dhabi: Inception42, the region's innovator in AI-powered products and solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NXT Holding, an AI-native company owned by Sahm Holding and based in Abu Dhabi.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement sets a strategic collaboration framework across five key areas: AI consulting, training and upskilling, enterprise AI solutions, product distribution, and joint business development.
The MoU was signed by Ashish Koshy, CEO of Inception42, and Sara AlAhbabi, Director of SPVs and Portfolio Relations at NXT Holding. This partnership underscores the shared commitment of both organizations to promote responsible and impactful AI adoption in the UAE and on a global scale. The collaboration merges Inception's enterprise-grade AI capabilities with NXT Holding's ecosystem of operating companies, leveraging complementary strengths to provide long-term value for governments and enterprises, from strategic advisory to deployment and operational integration.
Sheikha Fatma bint Tahnoon bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Founder and Chairwoman of Sahm Holding, emphasized the importance of AI in the UAE's national vision, noting that partnerships like this are crucial for turning vision into capability. The agreement highlights the strength of UAE institutions and their alignment with the nation's goal to lead in future-defining technologies.
Ashish Koshy stated that the partnership with NXT Holding enhances Inception's ability to transition organizations from AI exploration to execution, combining product and platform capabilities with market access and investment expertise. Fahmi Abubakar, Managing Director of Sahm Holding, added that NXT Holding aims to help governments and enterprises navigate the structural shift brought by AI, and the agreement with Inception supports this mission, promising significant value creation.
