INTERIOR MINISTER CALLS FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN NORTH LEBANON, AKKAR

Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, has issued a decree inviting the municipal electoral bodies in the districts of North Lebanon and Akkar to elect members of the municipal councils, determine the number of members for each, elect mayors and optional councils, and specify the number of mayors and members for each in the districts of North Lebanon and Akkar, on May 19, 2024.
