Islamic Resistance targets advancing Israeli enemy forces in southern Lebanon

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced that in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and their courageous resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, resistance fighters targeted Israeli infantry attempting to advance towards the Al-Labouneh region at 12:20 pm on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, with a guided missile, resulting in casualties among the Israeli forces. Later, at 12:40 pm, the resistance forces launched a rocket salvo targeting advancing Israeli troops moving from the Tawfa plain towards Mays al-Jabal and Mhaibib.
