Israeli Entity Continues Artillery Shelling in Southern Lebanon

The Israeli entity continued its artillery shelling of villages and towns in southern Lebanon. Lebanese field sources reported that the town of Kafr Kila was subjected to artillery shelling Wednesday dawn. A Merkava tank also targeted a house near the wall in the town with a direct shell, as Israeli forces fired six light shells in the airspace of the outskirts of Maroun al-Ras. The Israeli entity continues its escalation against the towns and villages of southern Lebanon, in conjunction with its brutal and continuous aggression against the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, which resulted in deaths and injuries among civilians, and forced hundreds of families to flee their homes.
