ITC Announces Service Schedules for Eid Al Adha Holiday

Abu dhabi: The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has revealed the service schedules during the Eid Al Adha holiday for the year 1447 Hijri, corresponding to 2026. The announcement covers operational timings for Customer Happiness Centres, the Truck and Bus Parking Yard, impound yards, public bus services, and Driver and Vehicle Licensing Services, from Monday, 25th May to Friday, 29th May 2026.

According to Emirates News Agency, the ITC has confirmed that all Customer Happiness Centres in Abu Dhabi will remain closed during the holiday period, with services resuming on Monday, 1st June 2026. Despite the closure, customers can continue to access services 24/7 via the 'TAMM' government digital services platform, the official website, the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre, the Department of Municipalities and Transport Support Centre, and the Taxi Service Contact Centre.

The ITC has also stated that the Truck and Bus Parking Yard located in Musaffah (M18) will operate continuously throughout the Eid Al Adha holiday. The service will be available free of charge during this period.

In addition, the impound yards in Musaffah will remain operational around the clock throughout the holiday, ensuring uninterrupted service for the public.

Regarding public bus services in Abu Dhabi, ITC has announced that buses will follow the schedule typically observed during weekends and official holidays. There will be additional trips on suburban and intercity routes to accommodate increased demand. Services A1, A2, N2, A10, A40, and K4 will adhere to their regular schedules. For more details on public bus service schedules, individuals can visit the official website or use the Department of Municipalities and Transport Support Centre, the Darbi smart app, or Google Maps.

Furthermore, driver and vehicle licensing services will continue to be accessible 24/7 through the 'TAMM' digital government services platform. Customers are encouraged to check the operating hours of Light Vehicle Inspection Centres, Heavy Vehicle Inspection Centres, Taresh Premium Service Offices, Insurance Companies, and the Plate Numbers Factory during the holiday via the official website.
