Dubai: Dhow "Jernin 99," owned by Ali Abdullah Al Marzouqi and skippered by Isa Sultan Al Marzouqi, emerged victorious in the second round of the Dubai Traditional Dhow Sailing Race (60ft), held on Saturday.
