K2’s Autocraft Showcases Futuristic eVTOL Port at Dubai Air Show


Dubai: K2’s Autocraft is showcasing what an eVTOL port will look like in the near future at the Dubai Air Show from 17th to the 21st of November. The company’s stand is designed as a luxurious Vertiport experience, illustrating how people will book and ride flights in the future.



According to Emirates News Agency, visitors will be able to leverage autonomous technologies to book rides by scanning a barcode, filling in details, and passing through gates without any human interference. While no actual flights will occur, visitors will experience the processes leading up to flight operations.



Sean Teo, Managing Director at K2, emphasized the transformative era of urban mobility, highlighting eVTOL technology as a central component of this evolution. He noted the importance of eVTOLs as cities grow and demand smarter, cleaner transport options, stating that they will play a pivotal role in reshaping movement.



Teo also expressed pride in contributing to a new chapter where innovation in the skies enhances ground mobility. Autocraft’s E20+ eVTOL will be a focal point at the stand, showcasing its capacity to fly up to 320 km/hr.



Waleed Alblooshi, Vice President of Strategy at K2, commented on the airshow’s showcase, emphasizing the presentation of more than an eVTOL port experience and a futuristic car. He spoke about offering a glimpse of tomorrow’s urban mobility, which includes seamless aerial transit and intelligent ground travel. Alblooshi stated that the future of mobility is taking off now, with infrastructure and innovations that will redefine global movement.
