Kuwait Amir congratulates Singapore on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable to the President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam congratulating him on the country's National Day.
