Kuwait Amir congratulates Spanish King on Nat’l Day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Saturday sent a cable of congratulations to Spain's King Felipe VI on the occasion of his country's National Day.
