Kuwait Amir congratulates UK PM on winning elections

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a congratulatory cable to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer after winning the elections and being tasked by King Charles III with taking over as premier and forming a new government. In his cable, His Highness the Amir wished him success and everlasting health, stressing the deep historical relations between the two countries, and keenness on strengthening them at all levels.
