Kuwait Amir congratulates Ukraine on national day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his country's national day on Saturday.
