Kuwait Amir offers condolences to Philippine Pres. over Typhoon Gaemi

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Philippine President Bongbong Marcos over the victims of Typhoon Gaemi, which hit the capital Manila and other areas.
