Kuwait Crown Prince offers condolences to Niger’s Pres. over heavy rain victims

KUWAIT, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a condolence cable to the president of Niger and chief of the Safeguard National Council Abdourahamane Tchiani over the victims of heavy rains. In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow mercy upon the dead and wished speedy recovery for the injured. Source: Kuwait News Agency
