Kuwait Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah phoned the Parliamentary Under-Secretary-General for the Middle East, Afghanistan, and Pakistan at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Hamish Falconer.
