KUWAIT CITY: The Emiri Diwan of the State of Kuwait mourned on Monday Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Chief of the Kuwaiti National Guard, who passed away at the age of 98, after spending long years in the service of his country. Abu dhabi: The OECD unemployment rate reached 4.9% in July 2026, down from 5.0% in June and close to its
