Kuwait PM condoles with Brazilian Pres. over plane crash victims

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. In the cable, His Highness the Prime Minister expressed condolences over the victims of the civil plane crash near the state of Sao Paulo, which claimed the lives of those on board.
