His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, on Thursday, sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Adel Al-Adwani on the success of Grade 12 exams for the scholastic year 2023-2024.
