Kuwait PM congratulates Italian Pres. on nat’l day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a congratulatory cable to the Italian President Sergio Mattarella on the occasion of his country's national day.
