Kuwaiti athletes partaking in the Olympic Games in France have finalized preparations ahead of the competitions' launch due later on Friday, the Kuwait Olympic Committee said. The committee said in a statement that the Kuwaiti teams finished training, noting that the champion Yusuf Al-Shemlan would compete in the preliminary epee contest on Saturday, while his colleague Suad Al-Fegaan would partake starting rowing contest. The Kuwaiti athletes will proceed the competitions on July 28-29, with Al-Fegaan in rowing, Lara Dashti in swimming and Khaled Al-Mudhaf in shooting. On Tuesday, swimmer Mohammad Al-Zubaid would participate the 100 m free style category. On August 2, the shooter Mohammad Al-Daihani would compete in skeet. Meanwhile, the female player Amina Shah will partake in the sailing competition. In the field and track, Yaccoub Al-Yoha plays in the 110 m hurdles and Amal Al-Roumi in the 800 m category, on August 4th. Al-Mudhaf said in a press statement that the preparations were good noting that h e was looking forward to make good results.
