Tripoli: The President of al-Jofra Primary Court, Counselor Saleh Ali Shuwail, directed all legal notaries to oblige the guardian of the husband and wife or their representative to fill out a pledge before the Internal Security Service not to fire during parties and social events, especially wedding celebrations. He stressed in a letter to the concerned authorities that this pledge is a condition for documenting the marriage contract based on what was observed of the illegal use of firearms during parties and social events.
