Davos: H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, engaged in discussions with the Bahraini delegation attending the World Economic Forum in Davos. The delegation from Bahrain was headed by H.H. Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, along with several senior officials from both the UAE and Bahrain.
H.H. Sheikha Latifa highlighted the robust and historical ties between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain, emphasizing a shared history of cooperation and coordination. She stressed the importance of further bolstering bilateral partnerships, particularly in economic and developmental areas, to benefit both nations and their citizens.
The discussions during the meeting covered significant economic and governmental topics, such as policies promoting sustainable growth, the evolution of government operating models, enhancing national economic resilience, and ways to utilize successful global experiences. The parties also explored exchanging best practices in governance, innovation, and institutional transformation.
