Lebanese Caretaker Foreign Minister Says Lebanon Does Not Seek War

Lebanese Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdallah Bou Habib said that Lebanon does not seek war and is committed to implementing UN Resolution 1701 to establish calm on its southern borders. During his meeting on Wednesday with Australian Ambassador to Lebanon Andrew Barnes, Bou Habib hoped to avoid military escalation and resolve disputes and differences between all parties through peaceful means.
