Tripoli: The Libyan delegate to the Arab League, Ambassador Abdul-Mutalib Thabet, discussed with his Egyptian counterpart, Mohamed Orfi, the latest developments on the Arab scene. During their meeting held yesterday at the headquarters of the Libyan delegation in Cairo, the two sides stressed the importance of joint coordination on the issues discussed by the League in light of the current challenges facing the Arab nation. The two ambassadors commended the level of historical relations and strong ties between the two brotherly countries, as well as discussing ways to strengthen cooperation in a way that reflects positively towards achieving the interests of the two peoples.
