MAHFOUD COMMEMORATING PASSING OF PATRIARCH SFEIR: TO RESTORE SOLIDITY OF POSITION, ADHERENCE TO LEBANON

Head of the 'Change Movement,' Elie Mahfoud, recalled today the late Patriarch Mar Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir in commemoration of his passing, saying: 'On the anniversary of the passing of Patriarch Mar Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, there is restoration of the solidity of position and adherence to Lebanon in its entire territory and to all its people without detracting any inch or right of its rights...and with him was the true reconciliation in the Mountain whose model we must spread among all Lebanese." Mahfoud added, "Perhaps Cardinal Sfeir's belief in Lebanese Christian-Islamic-Druze integration contributed to the liberation of Lebanon from the Syrian occupation.
