MAJOR GENERAL IBRAHIM CONGRATULATES EGYPT’S AMBASSADOR ON JULY 23RD ANNIVERSARY

Major General Abbas Ibrahim congratulated Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, on his country's anniversary of July 23, wishing Egypt 'sustained peace, progress and prosperity, and its people further progress and flourishment.'
