Lebanon will file a complaint before the UN Security Council following the latest Israeli attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut (Dahieh), Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, announced following an urgent cabinet session at the Grand Serail on Wednesday. "We do not want war," he stressed. "The government efforts focus on diplomacy and the governmental plan is ready should a massive displacement take place in Lebanon," he added.
