Sharm el-sheikh: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, held separate meetings today with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Trkiye, and Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, Prime Minister of Iraq. These meetings occurred on the sidelines of the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit, organized by the Arab Republic of Egypt.
According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions between H.H. Sheikh Mansour and the leaders focused on strengthening cooperation and joint initiatives between the United Arab Emirates, Trkiye, and Iraq. They explored opportunities to enhance bilateral relations in ways that benefit shared interests.
The conversations also emphasized the significance of the summit in bolstering international efforts to enforce the agreement aimed at ending the war in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, the discussions addressed the promotion of peace and stability in the region, along with other issues of mutual concern.
The meetings included the presence of H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor, as well as several members of the accompanying delegation.
