GENEVA: The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva has reported that the massive needs in Gaza exceed its response capacity. In a statement on Friday, the committee highlighted that residential areas in northern Gaza have experienced intensified fighting over the past week, resulting in a significant number of civilian casualties and injuries.
