Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati met this morning at the Grand Serail with the vice governors of the central bank -- Wassim Mansouri, Bachir Yakzan, Salim Chahine and Alexandre Mouradian. The meeting took place in the presence of Deputy PM Saadeh Chami and Caretaker Finance Minister Youssef Khalil.
