Abu dhabi: The Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that Term 2 grades for students in public schools will be determined based on the continuous assessments, projects, and assignments completed by students during the term. The Ministry also noted that private schools will determine the appropriate approach for completing the term and assessing students in accordance with their approved academic policies, and each school will inform parents and students accordingly.
According to Emirates News Agency, this new assessment approach aims to ensure that students' academic progress is evaluated comprehensively, taking into account various forms of student work throughout the term rather than relying solely on traditional examinations. The Ministry believes that this method will provide a more holistic view of students' capabilities and learning achievements.
