Within days of launch, the community achieved record-breaking sales exceeding AED13 billion, marking the highest publicly recorded sales value for a single residential project launch in the UAE.
According to Emirates News Agency, the development comprises an exclusive collection of golf mansions, villas, and townhouses, with 1,700 residences sold shortly after the launch. Designed around privacy, wellbeing, and premium living, the gated community attracted strong interest, with 15% of the buyers being non-UAE residents and 81% being new customers to Modon. The community features Andalusian-inspired architecture, dual waterfront and fairway views, and a 95-hectare golf course integrated within a walkable masterplan. A 2.3-kilometre green spine connects a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, wellness and fitness facilities, retail and leisure offerings, co-working spaces, and a school.
