Abu dhabi: Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of Dr. Deepak Mittal, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of India to the UAE. Alshamsi expressed his wishes for the Ambassador's success and emphasized the UAE's commitment to strengthening its relations with India across various fields.
According to Emirates News Agency, Dr. Mittal praised the UAE for its esteemed position on the regional and international stage, which he attributed to the visionary leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The UAE and India have a long-standing relationship characterized by cooperation in multiple domains of mutual interest.
