Dubai: The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has entered into an agreement with the Tariq Al Futtaim Group to develop a new aviation facility. This project aims to enhance the service capabilities within Dubai's expanding aviation sector.
According to Emirates News Agency, the facility will be developed and operated by Jet Park Investment, the aviation investment arm of Tariq Al Futtaim Group. This entity is focused on advancing aviation technology and infrastructure across the region. The upcoming facility, which spans 15,040 square metres with an apron area of 10,019 square metres, will offer comprehensive ground logistics, parts handling, and light maintenance services to support the increasing demand for business aviation solutions in Dubai.
The agreement was formalized by Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, and Abdelraouf Al Taher, Managing Director of Jet Park Investment, during a ceremony at the Dubai Airshow 2025. Senior officials from both organizations witnessed the signing.
Tahnoon Saif expressed satisfaction with the collaboration, stating that it adds significant value to MBRAH's aviation infrastructure and strengthens their service offerings. This development is expected to enhance Dubai's standing as a leading global aviation hub.
Abdelraouf Al Taher emphasized the importance of this partnership in reinforcing their commitment to investing in top-tier aviation infrastructure and technology, aligning with their vision to deliver high-quality aviation services to accommodate the rapid growth in Dubai and beyond.
