DUBAI: In his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, issued Decree No. (23) of 2024 seconding Dr. Abdulla Mohammed Busenad from Dubai Police and appointing him as the Director General of Dubai Customs. Namuac: An earthquake measuring 5.3 magnitude struck 65 kilometers north of Namuac in the Philippines at 22:01 GMT on Wednesday,
