Abu dhabi: Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, celebrated the achievements of the winners of the 9th Golden Excellence Awards during a ceremony at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The event was attended by notable guests, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, media figures, and community members.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Golden Excellence Awards have been an annual tradition since 2014, honoring exceptional achievements across various fields. The ninth edition focused on the Year of the Family with the theme 'Growing in Unity,' emphasizing the importance of strong families and communities while fostering a culture of coexistence and mutual respect.
Organized by Diya Global Foundation in partnership with Vertex Events, the awards recognize leaders who have made significant contributions to their fields. Sheikh Nahyan, in his opening remarks, expressed his gratitude to Professor Dr. S.C. Manchanda and the Foundation for gathering such a distinguished audience in Dubai. He highlighted the UAE's commitment to excellence and the vital role of strong families in building resilient communities and prosperous nations.
Sheikh Nahyan praised the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for transforming the UAE into a beacon of progress.
