Abu dhabi: NMDC Group PJSC and ADNOC Logistics and Services Plc (ADNOC L and S) announced a strategic three-year agreement to explore collaboration in delivering maritime services for offshore projects. The agreement, signed at NMDC's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, was formalized by Engineer Yasser Zaghloul, Group CEO of NMDC Group, and Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L and S. According to Emirates News Agency, this agreement strengthens the longstanding partnership between NMDC and ADNOC L and S by establishing an expanded framework for ongoing collaboration on offshore EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. It includes provisions for marine services and integrated logistics, reinforcing the commitment of both companies to support the emirate's offshore energy sector. Zaghloul emphasized NMDC Group's historical expertise and capabilities in marine EPC infrastructure delivery and complex project logistics, highlighting the recent launch of NMDC LTS, which has enabled the market to benefit from these strengths. He noted that ADNOC L and S is recognized as a leader in offshore energy support and hydrocarbon logistics services, with both entities operating some of the largest marine fleets in the region. He further stated that the agreement will ensure a robust framework that focuses on synergies across different sectors, aiming to enhance collaboration, market sector differentiation, and value growth, thereby strengthening the critical industrial marine sector in Abu Dhabi and beyond. Captain Al Masabi remarked that the partnership aligns with ADNOC L and S's long-term objective to provide integrated logistics solutions that support the UAE's offshore energy growth. The collaboration with NMDC is set to create new opportunities, deliver value to ADNOC, its shareholders, and customers, and advance the UAE's economic development.
