No Evacuation Orders for Aqaba Airport and Port, Confirms Jordanian Minister

Abu dhabi: Jordan's Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani stated Sunday that the King Hussein International Airport and Aqaba Port are operating normally, with no evacuation orders issued by the relevant authorities, as reported by Jordan News Agency (Petra).

According to Emirates News Agency, in a press statement, Momani emphasized that no potential threats have been recorded by Jordanian authorities in recent hours. He added that there are currently no risks that would necessitate the issuance of warnings.

Momani highlighted that operations at both the airport and port are proceeding as usual, following established procedures. These procedures include the immediate activation of sirens in the event of any potential threat, ensuring swift response and safety for all concerned.
