Occupation Forces Blow Up Martyr’s House in Nablus

Israeli occupation forces Tuesday blew up the house of martyr Abdel-Fattah Kharousha in Askar refugee camp, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

The occupation forces stormed the Askar camp and surrounded the house of Abdel-Fattah Kharousha and blew it up six hours after the raid, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.

The Israeli soldiers forced about 60 Palestinians, including 20 children, whose houses were adjacent to the home of the Kharousha family, to leave their houses, and briefly detained them in a mosque, WAFA added.

Large forces of the occupation army stormed the eastern region of Nablus, and surrounded the house of the family of slain Palestinian, in Askar camp, while violent confrontations broke out between dozens of Palestinian youths and the occupation soldiers.

A Palestinian medical source told WAFA that a young man was wounded by live bullets, while two others suffered from injuries with shrapnel. He added that three Palestinians were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets.

The source added that Red Crescent crews dealt with 185 cases of suffocation, and evacuated a family of five and an elderly woman, after they suffered from poisonous gas suffocation. The crews also dealt with four cases of people who fell during the confrontations.

Kharousha, 49, was killed by the Israeli gunfire during the aggression on the Jenin camp on March 7.
