Abu dhabi: Oil prices fell at settlement on Wednesday following a volatile session: Oil prices experienced a decline as the market closed on Wednesday.
According to Emirates News Agency, Brent crude futures decreased by 74 cents, or 0.84%, settling at $87.84 per barrel. Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures saw a smaller drop of 13 cents, or 0.16%, closing at $82.23 per barrel.
The fluctuations in oil prices occurred amidst a session marked by volatility, reflecting ongoing market dynamics and potential influences from global economic factors.
