Oil prices rose more than 1 percent Friday, as the US dollar fell. Brent crude futures rose 95 cents, or 1.23 percent, to USD 78.17 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures rose USD 1.06, or 1.45 percent, to USD 74.07 a barrel.
