The health authorities of the Gaza Strip said a Palestinian young man was killed and 11 others injured by the Israeli occupation forces in the eastern part of Khan Yunis, southwest Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
Spokesperson of the Health Ministry-Gaza Ashraf Qedra affirmed that the fatality and 11 injuries resulted from Israeli live ammunition during a clash with Palestinian protesters.
A number of youth Palestinians gathered in the city in support of the Palestinian residents in Jerusalem in defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque against repeated incursions by Jewish settlers. The protestors were confronted by the Israeli forces with live fire and gas canisters.
