The Qatari duo, Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, defeated Chilean pair Marco Grimalt and Esteban Grimalt with scores of 21-14 and 21-13. Dominating both sets, the Qatari team secured their place in the quarterfinals, moving one step closer to winning a medal.
