Gaza – Together – The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine warned that any presence of non-Palestinian parties in the management of the Rafah crossing will be treated as a foreign body, an occupying force, and a legitimate target for resistance.
The Front stressed, in a statement on Tuesday evening, that the Rafah crossing is a purely Palestinian-Egyptian crossing under international laws, and that the Palestinian party is authorized to manage it in agreement with the Egyptian party, stressing that any plans to introduce non-Palestinian parties or security companies into the crossing are doomed to failure, and will not It can only be dealt with by force of arms.
The Front confirmed that the occupation’s storming of the Rafah crossing is “a crime whose goal is military display, obtaining a false image of victory, and increasing pressure on the resistance to soften its positions regarding the deal, and satisfy the most right-wing and fascist leaders in the Zionist war government.”
The Front stressed
that this crime will only bring about more killing, destruction, and starvation of defenseless civilians. It will not achieve security for the entity, and it will not be able to release any detainees held by the resistance.
