According to Emirates News Agency, this accreditation makes Rabdan Academy the first specialized institution worldwide in the fields of defense, security, and crisis management to obtain such international recognition. The academy's journey toward this achievement began with its candidacy announcement in December 2024 and involved a thorough evaluation by a committee of nine international experts. The assessment focused on governance standards, academic program effectiveness, student service quality, and institutional efficiency, ultimately leading to the granting of full accreditation.
James Morse, President of Rabdan Academy, emphasized that this accreditation is a pivotal moment for the academy. He highlighted that the SACSCOC accreditation enhances the academy's global credibility, strengthens its competitive position, and facilitates strategic partnerships with leading universities.
