RAS AL KHAIMAH: The Ras Al Khaimah Police have launched the "Nation's Joy" initiative as part of the celebrations marking the UAE's 53rd Eid Al Etihad. According to Emirates News Agency, Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al-Awadhi, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department at RAK Police, explained that the initiative aims to bring happiness to the community-citizens, residents, and visitors-within a safe and secure environment. The initiative included a variety of entertainment activities, such as performances by the RAK Police music band, the recital of national poems, and a photo contest to capture the essence of national joy. The winning image, chosen for its national impact, will be awarded a prize. Additionally, cultural competitions were held, offering various prizes from the event's official sponsors.
