Dubai: Salik Company PJSC has announced a strategic partnership with Valtrans Transportation Systems and Services (Valtrans) to introduce a digital payment option for valet parking services across the UAE. This initiative is set to go live on June 1, 2026, and aims to enhance the payment experience at over 100 Valtrans-operated locations, including prominent sites like Mall of the Emirates and DIFC.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement will integrate Salik as a payment method within Valtrans locations, allowing users to conveniently pay valet service fees through the Salik e-Wallet. This collaboration leverages cutting-edge digital technology to improve payment efficiency and streamline valet parking services, especially in high-traffic areas, thus ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, emphasized that the partnership marks a significant step in expanding Salik's smart mobility ecosystem by offering integrated digital payment solutions across everyday mobility services. Imad Alameddine, Group Chief Executive Officer of Valtrans, noted that the initiative will provide customers with a more convenient and efficient way to pay for valet services while maintaining high service standards.
The collaboration aligns with Salik's strategy to broaden its digital services portfolio and bolster its role in enabling a connected mobility ecosystem through flexible payment solutions. Salik has steadily expanded beyond tolling services, having introduced barrier-free parking solutions in collaboration with Emaar Malls Company, partnered with Parkonic at over 150 locations, and integrated with Dubai Airports for e-Wallet payments at Dubai International Airport terminals.
Valtrans, with over 20 years of operational experience, offers valet parking services across various sectors, including airports, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and public sector locations.
